My Companies
Managing multiple companies in QuickManage is simple and efficient. This guide walks you through how to add new companies to your account, including all required details and configuration options.
Adding a New Company
To add a new trucking company to your QuickManage account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on “Add New” at the top right of the "My Companies" page.

Step 2: Fill out the required company information:

Company Info:
DOT #: Enter the company’s DOT number.
MC #: Enter the company’s Motor Carrier number.
Company Name: Input the full legal name of the company.
Address 1: Main street address.
City, State, ZIP Code: Enter the city, select the state, and type the ZIP code.
Email Address: Enter a valid contact email.
Phone #: Input the company's main phone number.
Time Zone: Choose the company’s time zone.
Trip # Counter: Starting number for trip IDs (default is 1001). ⚠️ This can be set only once!
Payroll Period: Choose the weekly payroll cycle (e.g., Monday to Sunday).
Logo Upload: Add the company logo.
Optional Details:
DBA: If the company operates under a different name, enter it here.
FEIN: Enter the Federal Employer Identification Number if available.
Address 2: Include any suite, unit, or PO box details.
Once all required fields are completed, click the green “Add” button to save.
